Syllabus: How do you master and control your business?  Most sales people never achieve their goals and companies missed their financial needs not due to the lack of product knowledge or information, but rather to the lack of skills.  There are 6 basic areas your team must implement in a daily basis in order to become number one.

  1. Prospecting. This session is focused in helping sales professionals mastering the components of prospecting; prospecting is more than just a dialogue, prospecting is having controlled conversations that will results in new leads.
  2. The Meeting. In every meeting somebody makes a sale.  Sometimes we sell the prospect on buying our product and sometimes the prospect sells us on reasons why they can’t buy our product.  But at the end someone made a sale.  This segment will help you with your presentation and selling skills; at the end of the class you will be able to close more sales in favorable win-win terms.
  3. Objections. How do you handle an objection?  Simple, just follow the process.  This session is dedicated to learning the process to handle ANY objection.
  4. Time Management. There are many time management programs and they all preach a similar concept, prioritize.  However most programs don’t take into consideration one thing, we are humans. Our time management segment focuses on balancing rather than managing your personal life, your family life and your business life.
  5. Working with prospects. How do you close more sales in less time?  Working with better prospects! This session will teach you how to differentiate between a buyer and a prospect.  A prospect is someone who will become a buyer in the future, just not now.
  6. Lead Management. How many deals have lost because you didn’t stay on top of your prospects? This part of the program will teach you the systems to stay in contact with your past customers and prospects so you won’t lose any more business and generate an endless amount of referrals.
